A safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we work to understand patterns, ease emotional distress, and build resilience. Sessions are available in-person or online, offering the flexibility to meet you where you are.
Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a shared space to explore emotional challenges alongside others. Working in a group can deepen self-understanding, reduce isolation, and foster meaningful connection. Groups run in 10-week terms and are open to new participants.
Walking Therapy
Blending the healing potential of movement and nature with therapeutic conversation. Walking side by side can create space for reflection, reduce stress, and support emotional clarity. Sessions take place outdoors in agreed locations across North London.
